Trump Makes Vow to Americans and Iran in the Wake of Iran's Attack

“As long as I’m president of the United States, Iran will never be allowed to have a nuclear weapon.”

Those were the words that President Donald Trump opened his public comments with at 11:30 am ET on Wednesday addressing the American people after Iran launched missiles at an Iraqi base which housed American soldiers.

The president went on to salute the American military, giving credit to the quick and efficient movements of the American servicemen and women. Iran launched missiles at an Iraqi base that housed American soldiers.

According to the president, “Iran appears to be standing down” in the face of the nation’s swift and firm reaction to their actions, which the president called, “very good for the world.”

Trump pointed the finger at the previous administration for providing funds to the Iran, saying that the missiles were bought by American tax payer dollars.

The president went on to salute the American military, giving credit to the quick and efficient movements of the American service men and women.

Trump also addressed Iran’s link the sponsorship of terrorism and their campaign for nuclear weapons saying that the United States “will never let that happen” while he is president” and said that “It will not be allowed to go forward” and called on NATO to be “much more involved in the Middle East Project.








“Finally to the people and leaders of Iran…” Trump said, ending his public comments. “We want you to have a future and a great future that you deserve … the United States is ready to embrace peace with all who seek it.


“I want to thank you and God bless America.”
